Per-second time series and ready-made analysis values

Through the "Tredict MCP Server", the AI receives more than a single line such as "10 km in 50 minutes". On request it has access to the full breadth and depth of your training data. The breadth defines how many metrics exist in the first place, while the depth defines the resolution of the individual metrics.

First, there are the per-second time series of your Garmin activities. Heart rate, speed, power, cadence, elevation and position, together with running dynamics such as ground contact time and ground contact balance, as well as Stryd-specific figures like leg spring stiffness. The AI therefore sees more than just the average and can tell how your power faded in the third interval or how your heart rate responded to the climb.

Second, it draws on the analysis values that Tredict computes from this measured data. These include the effort values that Tredict derives redundantly from up to three sources (power, heart rate, speed), your capacity values such as FTP, FTPa, maximum heart rate and lactate threshold, your individual zone model with sport-specific revisions, and the zone distributions across weeks and months.
