You can now plan and analyze your strength training in Tredict.
In the workout editor, open the Strength training tab, pick an exercise for each set from more than 1,800 exercises in 51 categories and add repetitions and weight. A set ends after its repetitions, after a duration or when you press the lap button.
Group your sets to repeat them, for example 3 × 10 squats with 90 seconds of rest, and Tredict estimates the duration of the session from the repetitions.
Completed strength workouts are evaluated set by set as well.
If your watch records sets, every set shows up with its exercise, repetitions, weight and duration, along with your average and maximum heart rate and how far your heart rate drops during the following rest.
The new Sets tab of the activity groups your sets by exercise and adds the volume as repetitions times weight, your maximum weight and an estimated one-rep max.

All of it is available in the Tredict MCP Server and Tredict ChatGPT Plugin as well. Ask your AI assistant to plan a single strength workout or a whole strength training plan with exercises, repetitions and weights, or to review the sets of your completed sessions.
