Connect to icTrainer and retrieve the Tredict training plan in icTrainer.

The connection to Tredict is established in the icTrainer roller trainer app.
You will be directed from icTrainer to the Tredict login page. After a successful login, an access token is issued to icTrainer.
You can also revoke the access token in the "Services" category within Tredict.

Perform a roller training

In icTrainer you can retrieve all planned bike workouts from the Tredict training plan for a defined period of time.
icTrainer then usually executes this structured workout based on wattage.
