Rouvy - Automatically synchronise planned and completed workouts

FAQ
Tredict is officially connected to the Rouvy API. Your completed rides are automatically synced to Tredict, and the structured workouts you plan in Tredict are immediately available in Rouvy for you to execute. You can also use ChatGPT or Claude to analyze your training sessions or create workouts for Rouvy.

All the details can be found in the blog post Rouvy Integration in Tredict.

Connect to Rouvy

Go to “Settings” and select the “Services” category. Click the “Rouvy” icon there, log in to Rouvy, and confirm access.
After that, synchronization runs automatically in both directions.

Import Training History from Rouvy

If you wish, you can import the last three years of your Rouvy training history all at once when you connect your account, so that your previous rides are immediately factored into your performance analysis and fitness calculation.
To do this, click the “Import” button in the “Services” category.

Send Structured Workouts to Rouvy

Cycling training sessions planned in Tredict are automatically synced to Rouvy as structured workouts and are available there for your smart trainer.
Tredict continuously updates the next 14 days of your scheduled workouts; older ones are removed and new ones are added.

You can turn the synchronization of scheduled workouts on or off at any time in “Settings.”
